1.Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, fill out your baker profile, submit an order request, contact us, or use other features of the Service. This includes your name, email address, phone number, business name and description, location, photos, product listings, and payment information.

We also collect information automatically when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We may also collect information about your device and how you interact with our Service through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

If you connect third-party accounts (such as a payment processor or social media account), we may receive information from those services as permitted by their privacy policies and your privacy settings with them.

2.How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information including order confirmations and receipts; send promotional communications, such as information about products, features, and events offered by Bakekick, subject to your communication preferences; and respond to your comments and questions.

We also use collected information to monitor and analyze usage trends and activities in connection with the Service; personalize and improve the Service and provide content or features that match user profiles or interests; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; and comply with legal obligations.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties. We use aggregated, de-identified data for internal analytics and product improvement without restriction.

3.Cookies & Tracking

Bakekick uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.

We use session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device until you delete them). We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how you use our Service, and improve your experience.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Service. You can also opt out of certain analytics tracking by visiting the opt-out pages of our analytics partners.

4.Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties except as described in this Privacy Policy. We may share your information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting, customer service, and marketing assistance.

Baker profile information you choose to make public — including your business name, location, photos, product listings, and contact preferences — is displayed in the Bakekick public directory and may be indexed by search engines. You control what information appears in your public profile through your account settings.

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of Bakekick, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, or protect against legal liability.

5.Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect it against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls limited to authorized personnel.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account password and for any activities under your account.

These may include the right to access the personal information we hold about you; the right to request correction of inaccurate information; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to object to or restrict certain processing; and the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@bakekick.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. 7.Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at privacy@bakekick.com.

After account deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law, to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes. Aggregated and de-identified data derived from your information may be retained indefinitely. Backups of deleted data may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently removed from our systems.
