1.Free Trial
Bakekick offers a 7-day free trial for all new subscribers. To start your trial, a valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required. Your card will not be charged during the trial period.
If you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will lose access to paid features at the end of the trial window. No refund is necessary or applicable for trial cancellations made before any charge is processed.
Each eligible user is entitled to one free trial. Bakekick reserves the right to determine trial eligibility and to decline or revoke trial access in cases of abuse or fraud.
2.Subscription Billing
After your free trial ends, your chosen payment method will automatically be charged the then-current monthly subscription fee. Billing occurs on a monthly basis from the date your trial converts to a paid subscription.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. All prices are listed in USD. Bakekick reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Invoices and receipts are emailed to your registered email address after each successful charge. You can also access billing history in your account Settings under Billing.
3.How to Cancel
You may cancel your Bakekick subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation must be initiated by the account holder from within the platform — Bakekick support cannot cancel on your behalf unless exceptional circumstances apply.
To cancel: go to Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You will be prompted to confirm cancellation and optionally submit feedback. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after that date.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, during which you may reactivate and resume full access.
4.Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Because Bakekick provides immediate access to software and digital features, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Exceptions may be considered at Bakekick sole discretion in cases of accidental double-charges, billing errors, or significant service outages attributable to Bakekick. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact support@bakekick.com within 14 days of the disputed charge, including your account email and a description of the issue.
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.
5.Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails — due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or bank decline — Bakekick will make up to three automatic retry attempts over a short period. You will receive email notifications for each failed attempt.
If payment remains unsuccessful after the retry window, your account will be placed on hold. You will retain access to read-only features during the hold period. To restore full access, update your payment method in Settings → Billing.
Bakekick is not liable for any loss of access, data, or functionality resulting from a failed payment that is attributable to issues with your payment method or card issuer.
6.Plan Changes
Bakekick currently offers a single plan tier. If multiple plan tiers are introduced in the future, this section will be updated to describe upgrade and downgrade billing behavior, including any proration rules.
Promotional pricing, discounts, or grandfathered rates may be offered at Bakekick discretion. The terms of such pricing will be communicated at the time of offer and may not be combined with other promotions.
7.Marketplace Transactions
Bakekick provides a Marketplace and Directory feature that facilitates connections between bakers and their customers. Transactions arranged through the Marketplace are made directly between the baker and the customer — Bakekick is not a party to these transactions and does not handle payment on behalf of bakers or customers.
Refunds, disputes, cancellations, or complaints related to baked goods, custom orders, or other Marketplace transactions are governed by the individual baker's stated policies and are not subject to Bakekick refund policy.
For full details, refer to the Marketplace & Seller Terms.
8.Contact

This policy is subject to change. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of Bakekick after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
