What your customers see in the order portal

Updated May 1, 2025·5 min read

Your customer portal is the public face of your bakery for online orders. Understanding what customers see helps you set up quotes, policies, and branding that convert inquiries into paid orders.

Portal overview

When a customer opens your order link, they see your bakery name, logo, and a clean layout — no Bakekick branding front and center.

Depending on how you share the link, they may submit a new order request, review a quote you've sent, or pay an invoice.

Quote and invoice views

Quotes show itemized lines, your terms, and an Approve button. Invoices show amount due, deposit vs. balance, and Pay Now.

Customers access their order with a secure magic link sent to their email when the order is confirmed. No account or password needed. Payment details are entered on a secure checkout page and they receive an email receipt.

  • Mobile-friendly layout for customers ordering from Instagram.
  • Your contact info and pickup/delivery details on every page.
  • Clear due dates so customers know when payment is expected.
