Customizing your invoice with your logo and brand colors

Updated May 1, 2025·3 min read

Customers judge professionalism from the first PDF or link they open. A branded invoice signals that you're a real business — not someone baking from a hobby account.

Upload your logo and colors

Go to Settings → Business Profile. Upload your logo (PNG or JPG, square or horizontal both work). Pick a primary brand color — Bakekick applies it to headers, buttons, and accents on every quote and invoice.

Add your bakery name, address, and contact info. This block appears at the top of every document your customers receive.

Preview before you send

Use the preview button on any quote or invoice draft to see exactly what your customer will see — on desktop and mobile.

If you update your logo later, all new documents use the new branding automatically. Previously sent links keep the version from when they were sent.

Pro tip

Match your invoice accent color to your Instagram highlight covers or website for a consistent brand feel across every touchpoint.
